This policy explains what information Bridge To One may collect, how that information is handled, and how to request deletion of any contact information you voluntarily provide.

Bridge To One collects and processes limited, optional, user-provided information to personalize the XR experience and deliver requested follow-up materials.

  • Personalization Names: a preferred name and the name of an individual specified by the user.
  • Audio Media: user-recorded pledge audio clips.
  • Visual Media: app screenshots and experience snapshots.
  • Contact Information: a user-provided email address used exclusively to send requested follow-up materials.

2. How Data Is Handled and Stored

Bridge To One is designed to keep personalization data close to the user and limit external transmission to only what is necessary.

  • Local Processing: personalization names, audio media, and visual media are processed and stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your hardware.
  • External Transmission: if you voluntarily provide an email address, it is securely transmitted to our servers solely to fulfill your request for follow-up materials.

3. Data Sharing and Advertising

Bridge To One does not sell personal information. We do not share user data with third parties and do not use personal information for targeted third-party advertising.

4. Data Deletion and User Rights

All locally stored data can be cleared immediately by uninstalling the app or clearing the app cache through your Meta Horizon device settings.
